New Company Setup

Meet with me on a video call, and we will get you set up for success in your new QuickBooks Online business account. Don’t have a subscription to QuickBooks Online yet? I can walk you through the subscription levels and help you select the perfect subscription for your new business. This service is for new businesses only, within the first three months since formation.
Diagnostic Review
$300
For existing QuickBooks Online accounts, I will perform a full diagnostic review of the state of your QuickBooks Online account and present you with a full diagnostic assessment covering every essential area including settings, bank transactions, chart of accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reports. I will meet with you on a video call and present my findings and complete information on how to fix any issues I find.
Clean Up and Monthly Bookkeeping

After your Diagnostic Review unveils areas that need cleanup, I will provide you with a quote for me to clean up your past books, with or without monthly ongoing bookkeeping service. My cleanup will address all of the areas found in the Diagnostic Review, and bring your bookkeeping up to date. Going forward, I’ll manage your transactions, reconciliations, and other bookkeeping events, and provide monthly financial statements and the option of a video call each month to review everything with me.
